After a well earned week off, we’re back with another weekly roundup!
This week was a reasonably quiet one with the standard fare of runs, swims and bikes during the week, with a rare quiet Saturday. We made up for it on Sunday though with two group rides and one trail run on a beautiful crisp morning.
Ride one was a nice 70km route out to Wotton-under-Edge via Dursley and back via Frampton.
Ride two was a slightly later departing ride up to Beckford and Bredon.
There was also a trail run hosted by Gav K up at Cranham, 13km of “rolling” terrain, with gorgeous scenery as well as ducks, deer and dogs. What more could you want from a Sunday morning!
Saturday Ride
Ryan Green is kindly hosting another friendly social ride next Saturday (4th February).
Hi is looking at taking a 45km (ish) loop up to Tewkesbury, starting from Churchdown skate park with a post ride coffee and cake at the community centre. Please give him a ping on WhatsApp for further details.

It is our club committee meeting on Monday (27th Feb), if you have any feedback please let your club member reps know. Minutes will be published on the website in due course.
Sunday is the second race in the Tewkesbury Aquathon series, it was well reviewed by our members last time round. If you’re in the area go and show your support for those racing, or there are still places available at the time of writing.
AGM!
On the Monday 27th March 2023 it is the TTG’s annual AGM to be held at the Gala Club, Longford.
It is the clubs 25th year of running so deserves celebration and we would love everyone to come and join us!
(A few very special mentions are in order)
Kick off at 7.15pm when the committee will share all there is to know about the ins and outs of the club, along with the financials, future plans moving forward and all thats in-between!
It is also a great opportunity to express any feedback and opinions you may have as the members, as well as ask any of those long awaited questions you may have!

Club Kit
Club kit is now available to order again. For those not in the know, we open kit ordering windows a few times a year, we do need to get a minimum of ten orders in order to ship
You need to go on and purchase the kit you want, paying on the website, orders then get delivered to one central address will then be distributed to members
I am waiting on dispatch timescales and will let you know asap, but please note that this can be several weeks (hence why you may want to order now if you want club kit for May / June races)!
